Programs and Services General Information
North Point ESC offers a variety of programs for students. North Point operates two separate facility schools for students with Emotional and Behavioral disabilities, Autism and Developmental Disabilities. The programs range from Kindergarten to 12th grade with some transitional students.
We operate MD programs in several school districts using a shared cost model allowing students from various districts to attend our programs.
We are a regional leader in School Therapy services with over 50 Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists/Assistants, Physical Therapists/Assistants and Adaptive Physical Education specialists supporting students throughout the region.
North Point ESC supervises and coordinates Preschool programming throughout the region providing direct services to several districts and consultation services to others.
We provide staffing for the Sandusky County Board of Developmental Disabilities’ School of Hope school and provide supervision for the Huron County Board of Developmental Disabilities student programs.
Other services include coordinating Gifted Education services, School Psychology services, Technology Integration Services and operating school age programming for both the Erie County Juvenile Justice Center student programs and the Sandusky County Juvenile Detention Center.
We are very proud of our programming directly supporting the 26 member school districts and 20 non-member school districts who allow North Point to serve their students.
